Once upon a time, I stumbled upon a thriller that left me feeling both frustrated and intrigued. Let's call it Midnight for now. From the very beginning, it became evident that this film would be a nail-biting cat and mouse chase. However, there was something quite peculiar about the chase itself - it seemed like all the mice were sharing one brain cell.

Initially, I couldn't help but draw parallels between Midnight and a cult classic thriller called Blind. Both had disabled female leads who found...

themselves being pursued by psychopaths after witnessing a murder. Yet, as the story unfolded, it became clear that Midnight was a far cry from the brilliance of Blind.

Each character in Midnight seemed to lack even the most basic common sense, and this was particularly evident with the police force. One would have hoped for some redemption through the astute observations of the female lead's mother, who had a knack for reading people. Alas, even she managed to disappoint by the end.

Midnight gave off the impression of being written by a novice thriller writer who had neglected to do proper research on crime. Rather, it seemed like they had simply pieced together fragments from other films with a similar concept.

Now, let's dive into some spoiler territory. Brace yourself for this one - can you imagine someone believing that confessing their dreams and life goals to a remorseless psychopath would evoke sympathy instead of resulting in their demise? It's quite baffling, to say the least. Additionally, it appeared that the concept of post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD) held no weight in the world of Midnight.

In conclusion, Midnight may have had its moments of suspense, but its flaws were too glaring to overlook. The lack of intelligent decision-making by the characters and the disregard for realistic portrayals of crime left much to be desired. Though it had the trappings of a promising thriller, it ultimately fell short of its potential.

Hold onto your seats, folks! This movie is a heart-pounding, thrill-a-minute ride! The main character, a remarkable young woman who happens to be deaf, takes us on a nail-biting journey filled with suspense and danger. Talk about a tough cookie! Despite her disability, she proves to be one smart and strong cookie who always makes the right moves to save herself. But let me tell you, one wrong move could have been the end of her!

    What makes this movie so...

thrilling? Well, imagine being deaf and completely unaware of the psycho killer hot on your heels. I'm getting goosebumps just thinking about it! The fear this brave heroine feels, not being able to hear or even speak, is unimaginable. But she stays calm and collected throughout, which is why she manages to outsmart him. And let's not forget about the killer himself – he's terrifyingly clever and manipulative, always two steps ahead.

The ending is simply phenomenal. I won't give it away, but trust me when I say it's mind-blowing! It really drives home the message that people only believe what they see. Our leading lady is treated like she's crazy, when all she wants is help. It's a thought-provoking twist that leaves you pondering long after the credits roll.

The acting in this movie is top-notch. Jin Ki Joo does an outstanding job portraying a deaf girl, especially in that heart-wrenching scene where she desperately tries to speak, begging for her life. And Wi Ha Joon is absolutely chilling as the psycho killer – his facial expressions send shivers down your spine. The rest of the cast is fantastic too, delivering performances that keep you hooked from start to finish.

Oh, and can we talk about the music? It's fantastic! Every beat adds to the intensity and makes your heart race as if you're the one being chased. I watched this movie alone, but I can't wait to gather my cousins and friends for a movie night and experience it all over again.

In conclusion, this movie is a must-watch for all thriller lovers out there. The amount of suspense is through the roof! So grab your popcorn, buckle up, and get ready for an adrenaline-fueled ride that will leave you on the edge of your seat. You won't regret it!

Okay, so here's the deal with this movie. I was really hyped up to watch it because I heard it was going to be super thrilling. But let me tell you, I ended up feeling frustrated the whole time. Like, seriously annoyed. And it wasn't just one thing, it was everything from the main character to the side characters.

One major thing that drove me crazy was how everyone in the movie seemed to be so stupid. I get that the movie wanted to show how...

insensitive society can be towards people with disabilities, but come on, no one can be that clueless, right? The girl is in danger, being chased by a blood-covered man, and because she's deaf and has trouble speaking, everyone just thinks she's crazy. I mean, seriously, shaking my head.

And don't even get me started on how nobody helps her. It's like they totally undermine her because she's handicapped. Every time she tries to communicate something, it's like her words are invalidated and ignored. Her mother kinda senses that something's off, but she just brushes it aside. Ugh, so frustrating.

Plus, everyone in this movie is so easily fooled. Seriously, anyone can come up and say they're related to me, and people will believe it? It's just too much to handle.

Oh, and let's not forget about the mother. She had a chance to end everything at the police station, but she just didn't think it through. She could've made a noise or thrown the bad guy's stuff on the floor, but instead, he ends up killing everyone there. Like, really? How did she not see that coming?

One more thing, how does this girl not sense when someone is right behind her? I mean, deaf or not, don't we all have that instinct when someone is creeping up on us? It just doesn't make sense.

And here's a ridiculous thought. Don't cars stop when there are people jumping onto the road? I thought they had brakes for a reason. I guess not in this movie.

Okay, here's the one positive thing I can say. The actor who played the psycho was incredibly good. Like, scarily good. He was the one thing that kept me somewhat entertained.

Sorry if this review doesn't make much sense, I'm just too irritated to properly express my feelings. By the way, if you want to watch something similar but actually good, check out the movie "HUSH." Trust me, it's way better.

Once upon a time, in a town shrouded in darkness, a thrilling TV series unfolded. The concept was intriguing, and the overall atmosphere captivated viewers. The performances of the actors were truly exceptional, drawing us into their world. However, amidst the brilliance, there were some minor flaws that stood out.

For instance, there was a heart-pounding moment when our main character, a young woman, desperately screamed for help to save another girl. It seemed puzzling that no one heard her cries, considering the numerous houses nearby....

Similarly, in a climactic fight scene that took place in a bustling alley, it was hard to believe that no one bore witness to the chaos unfolding before them. The noise and the multitude of people should have attracted attention, sparking questions in our minds.

One character, a police officer, became a subject of controversy. While his intentions were noble - being concerned for the safety of his sister - some argued that his actions were unwarranted. It was believed that he wasn't essential in finding her, as a deaf girl already knew her whereabouts. All they needed to do was search that particular area, considering the events occurred over the course of one night. This brought into question the feasibility and morality of his decisions. Furthermore, it begged the inquiry as to why he didn't request assistance from his fellow officers.

Another point of contention was the performance of a distraught mother at a police station. Many viewers wondered why she didn't take advantage of the situation to create a distraction, pushing a nearby suitcase to make a loud noise and reveal crucial evidence. It was rather astonishing that there were no security cameras present in such a significant location. Moreover, it was baffling that the police, who witnessed a scuffle, allowed everyone involved to go their separate ways without further investigation.

Despite these minor setbacks, it is important to emphasize that this TV series wasn't without its merits. As a fan of fast-paced thrillers, I genuinely enjoyed the intense ride it provided. The flaws, although worth noting, did not diminish my overall appreciation for the series.
