  This series had me hooked from the start, but as it progressed, my interest waned, and I often forgot new episodes were still airing.   The lack of a strong antagonist is noticeable. Han Seung Wong and Jang Min Ho come across more as blustering bullies rather than formidable foes. It's challenging to discern Seung Wong's true motives. A more despicable portrayal or focusing solely on the medical and supernatural elements could have enhanced the storyline.
  
  The female leads, especially Uee, deliver fantastic performances, but some characters feel underutilized. The exploration of ghost lore in the series feels slightly off. **MINOR SPOILER ALERT** The concept of comatose patients as ghosts, except for one, raises questions about the nature of these spirits. The confusion over whether they are actually ghosts or astral projections could have been clarified, especially regarding Seung Tak's fear of them.
  
  The special ability of Young Min to possess someone stands out, but the supernatural elements could have been further explained to improve believability. A deeper exploration of the mythology surrounding the ghosts would have added depth to the storyline.
  
  Despite its shortcomings, I rate the series a solid out of stars. Would I watch it again? Probably not.
