Both characters built their relationships on a foundation of falsehoods, and despite the show's attempt at redemption in the final episodes, I couldn't overlook the magnitude of their lies at the beginning. At one point, I even found myself secretly yearning for a tragic end for them both. Alas, the writers had other plans, granting them both happy endings.
  
  While the series had many merits, there was one major flaw – the English subtitles. Unfortunately, the translation was subpar, making it difficult to understand certain events, histories, and explanations crucial to the overall story. Some things were left up to the viewers' interpretation, leaving us to either grasp at straws or simply accept that something had occurred without truly comprehending why.

It's worth noting that one of the actresses in the series is from the popular show "A Familiar Stranger."
