Summary:

In a world starkly divided between two rival factions, the relentless animosity between the Black and White sides casts a permanent shadow of discord. The balance of power between these two forces is periodically decided in a prestigious martial contest, known as the Golden Seal Tournament, which grants the victor dominion over the other.

As this critical tournament approaches, the White faction faces an unprecedented crisis when a shadowy figure assassinates its top five warriors. Amidst the resulting chaos, a Taoist fortune teller with an uncanny ability to perceive the unseen finds himself drawn into the heart of the conflict. With no choice but to involve himself, the fortune teller takes on the daunting task of helping the beleaguered White faction to locate and prepare five new champions to compete in the looming tournament.

Embarking on this perilous journey, the fortune teller soon discovers that the deadly events surrounding the White faction might have mysterious ties to his own enigmatic history. In his quest, he is joined by an astute doctor admired for her exceptional healing skills and a skilled outcast from the Flying Fish Clan, newly shunned from his former brotherhood.
