  Okay, so I don't often write reviews, but when a series grabs my undivided attention, I just have to share my thoughts. And let me tell you, this series had a lot of promise...

  right from the start. It had all the elements of a brilliant noir series that I absolutely love. I mean, what's not to like about it?
  
  But, here's the thing. As the story progressed and reached the second half of the series, things started to go downhill. And boy, was I disappointed! They introduced this character, let's call them Big Mouse, who was this powerful and mysterious conman. I was so intrigued, I couldn't wait to find out more about them.
  
  But then, they started throwing in so many mysteries and twists that I felt like I was on a rollercoaster. And not in a good way, mind you. It felt like they were trying too hard to be smart, but it all ended up being a big facade. Major bummer!
  
  And let's not even get started on the ending. The big, bad Big Mouse was taken down so easily, it made me question if they were actually as powerful as they seemed. And the once cunning and strategic character I had high hopes for? Well, let's just say they didn't live up to their potential. Such a letdown!
  
  But wait, there's more. They introduced all these other characters and subplots that seemed promising, but they ended up being abandoned and served no purpose. Talk about a missed opportunity!
  
  And can we talk about the female characters? They were done so dirty! I mean, come on, writers, give them something more than just being sacrificial lambs or mere sidekicks. It's 2021, let's give them some depth and agency!

  Once in a while, a TV series comes along that captures the attention of viewers and leaves them eagerly anticipating each episode. That was the case with the recently concluded drama I had the pleasure of watching. Starring the talented Lee Jong Suk, this series marked his much-anticipated comeback, and let me tell you, it did not disappoint.
  
  As I sat down to watch the pilot episode, I expected just another run-of-the-mill thriller drama. However, as the story unfolded, I quickly realized that this was something...

The writing, particularly the dialogue and monologues, is striking and adds depth to the characters, especially the male protagonist.

Director Oh Choong Hwan skillfully implants the entertainment factor within the audience, creating an experience that will be remembered for years to come.   Hey, guys! So, I just finished watching this awesome TV series that I've been hooked on for weeks. I have to say, it's one of the best roles I've seen from Lee Jong Suk so far. The first episode really grabs you right from the start and keeps you wanting more.
  
  But let's talk about that ending. Oh boy, did they almost mess it up! It felt like the creators suddenly decided to rush everything into just a few minutes. I mean, come on, after investing...

  all this time in the series, it felt like a slap in the face.
  
  Without giving away too much, the ending felt completely out of character for the main leads. I even had to check if there were more episodes coming, that's how abrupt it felt. Couldn't they have added another episode or at least extended the finale a bit? It just felt like a missed opportunity.
  
  Despite that rushed ending, I have to give credit where it's due. Lee Jong Suk truly shines in this series, and Im Yoo Na's performance is also impressive, except for a little bump in the road with her character. And let's not forget about Kim Jeo Hoon, who really gave Jong Suk a run for his money. Oh, and shoutout to Yang Kyung Won, who was amazing until they downgraded him to a minor character towards the end.

  Once upon a time, there was a TV series that began with promise. I was intrigued, giving it a solid rating at the start. However, as the story unfolded, it became clear that the plot was meandering and going nowhere. It also left several subplots unresolved, which was disappointing.
  
  The series featured talented actors such as Lee Jong Suk, Im Yoon Ah, and Kwak Dong Yeon. Unfortunately, the writing did not allow them to showcase their full range of acting skills. The standout performance came unexpectedly...

It made no sense for her to return to a dangerous situation, especially given her history with a psychopathic ex-husband. The fact that her murderer went unpunished and her body was never found only added to the frustration.
  
  As the series progressed, more twists and turns were introduced, leading to the revelation that Big Mouse was not a single entity but rather the head of a secretive organization. The details and motives of this organization were left unclear, contributing to the overall confusion.
  
  One particularly nonsensical scene involved the torture of Park Chang Ho in a white chamber. The purpose of this torture was to obtain information about the money he had stolen. However, after becoming part of Big Mouse, Park Chang Ho made no effort to locate this facility and prevent further illegal activities. These inconsistencies were frustrating and hindered the audience's immersion in the story.
  
  The relationship between Park Chang Ho and his wife, Ko Mi Ho, also suffered a tragic blow. Ko Mi Ho was exposed to a radioactive substance and quickly developed advanced-stage cancer. The drastic progression of her illness, within weeks of exposure, seemed unrealistic and forced. The explanation provided by the drama regarding the toxicity of the substance did not feel adequately supported.
  
  Furthermore, several plot points were left unresolved. The fate of a billion dollars, which initially drove the story, was simply brushed aside. The criminal activities happening in the hospital where Joo Hee served as a director were also left without proper consequences. The lack of closure regarding these storylines left viewers feeling unsatisfied and confused.
  
  In the end, this TV series failed to deliver on its promising start. The meandering plot, unresolved subplots, and ridiculous ending overshadowed the talented cast and potential of the story. It was a disappointing experience and certainly not the best work for lead actor Lee Jong Suk.
