Summary:

A former undercover agent named Sergeant Ko Fai has a troubling past that continues to haunt him. He is reassigned to a police precinct controlled by Sergeant Fong Chi Kiu, who is known for handling crime cases. As they work together on investigations, they gradually develop a deep understanding of each other. Chi Kiu is completely dedicated to her job, leaving little time for her family. Her son falls into the wrong crowd and gets into trouble. The owner of a popular hotpot restaurant, Lo Sin Man, was naive in her youth and had a relationship with a dangerous gang leader named Law Wai. This resulted in the birth of a daughter named Lo Siu Po. Thankfully, Ko Fai has always supported Sin Man and her daughter. Siu Po is now an influential personality on social media and wants to gain more attention by engaging in risky behavior. However, this leads her into the dangerous world of drug dealers. In order to protect their loved ones, Ko Fai and Chi Kiu become dedicated guardians of the night, determined to eliminate the villains threatening their lives.
