Summary:

In the narrative, we meet a vocalist who graces the stage of a bustling pub in Bangkok, but life takes an unexpected turn, calling him back to his roots in the province of Buriram. The urgent news of his father's accident—a mishap that prevents the patriarch from playing the fiddle—upends his life. The father holds a prestigious role as the leader of a revered traditional music ensemble, and his inability to perform means the group must temporarily disband unless someone can fill his shoes. This is where the son steps in, ready to embrace his father's legacy.

Upon his return, the singer encounters a ghost from his past: Motdaeng, a past amour with whom things ended on turbulent terms, and who is decidedly against rekindling any kind of friendship.

While navigating this personal turmoil, he is struck by a revelation: his father, amidst the throes of the global pandemic's economic consequences, has accumulated a significant debt to the affluent Chaiyan. The singer learns of the precarious situation hanging over his family—two months to settle the debt or face the forfeiture of their land. Amidst the familiar and endearing backdrop of his hometown, he hatches a plan to come up with the funds needed to stave off the crisis, setting in motion a tale of familial duty, economic struggle, and the complex melodies of personal relationships.
